Your conversation will also be processed by AI to generate summaries and extract key details, which are shared with your broker to prepare them before they join. This processing occurs on servers located in Sydney, Australia.

Who can see your information

The broker assigned to your conversation will have access to your name, email address, and chat messages. Brokers are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles and their obligations under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act. Your information is not visible to other brokers or third parties.

Data storage and security

All data is stored on servers located in Australia. We apply encryption at rest and in transit. Access controls ensure that only the broker assigned to your conversation can view your details. Chat messages are retained for compliance and audit purposes.
